Tee It Up Foundation is the sole owner of the information collected on this Web site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what those disclosed in this policy. Generally, we collect the domain name, e-mail address, Uniform Resource Locator (URL), and Internet Protocol (IP) address of visitors to our Web site, those who communicate with us via e-mail and those who subscribe to our e-News newsletter. Tee It Up Foundation also collects information that is volunteered to us, for example when users answer a survey, register at this Web site, place an order or request information. In addition, Tee It Up Foundation also collects nonpersonal information in the aggregate, such as what pages site visitors access and how often.
With Whom Do We Share Information?
To use certain parts of this Web site, a user may be required to complete a registration form. During registration, a user is required to give his or her contact information (such as name and e-mail address). This information is used to contact the user to respond to user requests.
Tee It Up Foundation may offer products or services from our Web site. We request information from the user on our order forms. Here a user must provide contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers’ orders. If we have questions when processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Persons responsible for attempting unauthorized access of Tee It Up Foundation’ computer systems will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user’s personally identifiable information (such as zip code) changes, or if a user no longer desires our services, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s personal data provided to us. This can usually be done by emailing the Tee It Up Foundation Webmaster.
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter may opt out of receiving these communications by following the instructions listed at the bottom of the newsletter e-mail.
